These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mirror Image Clinic website (mirrorimageclinic.co.uk) and the services provided by Mirror Image Clinic Ltd. By using our website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Mirror Image Clinic is a CQC-registered clinic offering intravenous nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, health blood tests, allergen blood tests, cryotherapy and ear irrigation. All treatments are administered by qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform or by contacting us directly. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be charged the full treatment cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are designed to support health and wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or specialist. A consultation is carried out before any treatment to assess suitability. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

6. Contraindications & Consent

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. Informed consent will be obtained before all procedures. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.

7. Results & Expectations

Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Blood test results are processed by an accredited laboratory and provided within 10 working days. We are not responsible for the interpretation of blood test results by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Mirror Image Clinic Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
